Matt Chalwell is a Principal Designer at Guideline, where Matt works on product/brand hybrid projects and leads the design system. Prior to this role, Matt served as a Senior Manager, Visual Design at another company, spearheading brand identity evolution and overseeing a successful billboard campaign. With previous experience at Airbnb, Dollar Shave Club, 2K, and iStockphoto, Matt has a strong background in design and illustration. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Swinburne University of Technology.
