Nilanka Sandanayake

Nilanka Sandanayake is an accomplished leader in quality and support engineering with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and Support Engineering at Guideline since July 2019, Nilanka founded both the Quality Engineering and Tier 3 Support teams, establishing comprehensive processes and infrastructure. Previously, Nilanka held key roles at dataxu, where responsibilities included full accountability for the QA organization. At Virtusa, Nilanka managed and built high-performing QA teams for significant software development projects, while also transforming QA processes at JKCS. Nilanka's career includes various engineering and quality assurance positions, beginning as a Software QA Associate in 2001, supported by a Professional Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from the British Computer Society.
