Elizabeth Dinnin

Elizabeth Dinnin has a strong background in the insurance industry, with experience in various leadership roles. Elizabeth is currently working as the Home Office Underwriting Director at GuideOne Insurance since October 2021. Before that, they spent four years with Columbia Insurance Group as the RVP, responsible for the production and underwriting of a profitable book of property/casualty business for the Atlanta Branch. Elizabeth also led a significant improvement in the profitability of an underperforming operation.

Prior to Columbia Insurance, Elizabeth worked at W.R. Berkley Corporation as Vice President of Shared Services from August 2014 to July 2015. Elizabeth was responsible for overseeing shared services functions.

From 2010 to 2013, Elizabeth served as the Commercial Lines President at Grange Insurance, where they were responsible for achieving financial goals and leading the strategic initiative to transform Commercial Lines into a larger part of the corporate portfolio.

Before their role at Grange Insurance, Elizabeth was the VP of Commercial Lines Underwriting at the same company from 2008 to 2010. Elizabeth successfully developed and executed strategic and annual operating plans and achieved profitable results despite a challenging operating and pricing environment.

Elizabeth's early career includes a nine-year tenure (1998-2007) as a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at FCCI Insurance Group.

Elizabeth Dinnin attended Penn State University from 1977 to 1979 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Elizabeth also pursued an MBA degree in Business from Butler University and another BBA degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Penn State University. The start and end years for their MBA and second BBA degree are not provided.
