Jason Martin has extensive experience in IT and cybersecurity, beginning with a role as an IT Technician at WVU College of Business and Economics from May 2005 to December 2006. Following this, Jason held positions including Systems Administrator at Drug Emporium, where management of IT operations for a six-location pharmacy chain took place, and Field Service Technician at CareFusion, supporting medication dispensing systems across numerous hospitals. Jason further developed cybersecurity expertise as System Security and IoT Engineer at Advantage Technology, Security Engineer at Global Medical Response, and Security Analyst II at AvidXchange, Inc. Currently serving as a Senior Security Engineer at GuidePoint Security, Jason's career includes a significant role as an Enterprise Cybersecurity Engineer/Architect at Maxar Technologies from June 2020 to June 2025. Jason earned a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance IT Security from Western Governors University between 2015 and 2018.
