Amy Benbarka

Amy Benbarka, MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Operations at the American Gas Association since March 2025. With extensive experience in human resources, Benbarka has held advisory roles and leadership positions at various organizations, including Guidepoint, LaserShip, and AM LLC. Significant responsibilities included building HR teams, developing training and compliance programs, and serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders. Benbarka also contributed as a freelance writer for SHRM and managed HR operations at Cvent. An MBA graduate from the University of Maryland and a history graduate from William & Mary, Benbarka possesses a robust background in HR consulting, operations, and business efficiency initiatives.
