Paul Tisdale

Paul Tisdale is a seasoned professional in innovation, sustainability, and corporate relations, currently serving as Co-Founder of Impact Alliance, which focuses on combating loneliness by mentoring grassroots organizations. As Director of Innovation at St Monica Trust, Tisdale drives strategic initiatives while also advising at Guidepoint and mentoring at Delta Capture, an end-to-end data platform for sustainable agriculture supply chains. Previously, Tisdale held various key roles at Danone, including Senior Global Innovation Project Leader for Specialized Nutrition, where complex global projects were managed, and Head of Integrated Business Planning Implementation in Malaysia, achieving significant performance improvements. Tisdale's educational background includes a BSc in Geography with a focus on Sustainable Development from the University of Exeter and participation in the New Generation Leadership Program at IESE Business School.
