Rick Falkenberg, Ph.D., CFS, PCQI, PA, is a seasoned expert in food safety and process technology with over two decades of leadership experience. As the Founder and Chief Technical Officer of Food Safety & Process Technology Group, Inc. since April 2000, Rick has established a strong foundation in food safety methodologies. Current roles include Process Authority and Senior Principal Scientist at Berner Food & Beverage, Food Science Advisor at Guidepoint, and member of the Professional Consulting Board at GLG. Rick's prior experience includes significant positions at Nestlé Nutrition North America, where contributions were made to global technology management, and as Chief Technical Officer at the Certified Food Safety Center. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Microbiological Sciences and Immunology from UC San Diego and a BS in Biology from Point Loma Nazarene University.
