Robert Hyams serves as a Customer Business Manager at Conagra Brands, where responsibilities include managing key brands in the Frozen Vegetables, Plant-Based, Sweet Goods, Seafood, Pizza, and Gluten-Free categories. Since joining the company in October 2018, Robert has successfully navigated significant service disruptions during the pandemic, executed multiple price increases while maintaining market share, and gained extensive new distribution. Prior to Conagra, Robert held various roles at Pinnacle Foods, where achievements included managing national accounts, restructuring promotion and pricing strategies, and winning a “Rookie of the Year Award.” Robert's background also includes positions in sales and consulting across various companies, complemented by a robust educational foundation with an MBA focused on Marketing and Strategy from Rutgers Business School.
