Robert J. Pustizzi is an experienced professional in the meat operations sector with over thirty-six years of expertise. Currently serving as Project Director for Retail Meat Operations at Florida GrassFed Group since October 2018, Robert also operates as an independent consultant specializing in meat and seafood within the retail supermarket industry. Prior to this, Robert spent a lengthy career at Publix Super Markets, Inc., from 1980 to 2016, where the role of Meat Operations Supervisor was held.
