Lauren Fong

Lauren Fong has extensive experience in early childhood education, currently serving as a Montessori Lead Toddler Guide at Guidepost Montessori since October 2020. In this role, Lauren focuses on creating environments that foster independence for children in various developmental areas. Previously, Lauren held positions as a Montessori Junior Lead Guide and Assistant Guide, where contributions included facilitating language development, social interactions, and practical life skills. Lauren also worked as an Assistant Infant Teacher at KinderCare Education, an Assistant Guide at Montessori School of Fremont, and a Preschool-Kindergarten Leader at Chehalem Parks and Recreation District. Earlier experiences included serving as a Resident Assistant at George Fox University, interning with special needs children at Bridges Family Church, and working as a Camp Counselor at the YMCA of the Central Bay Area. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from George Fox University.
