Rhaven Ford

Rhaven Ford is an experienced professional in educational and instructional technology, currently serving as a Graduate Assistant in Instructional Technology Library Media at Towson University since August 2022, and also holds the position of Product Designer at EliteGamingLIVE from January 2024. Previous roles include Instructional Design Research Assistant at Towson University, Lead Preschool Teacher at Children of America, and Church Youth Leader at Apostolic Breakthrough International Ministries. Rhaven's background includes collaboration with diverse stakeholders to align organizational goals, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and developing instructional materials tailored to learners’ needs. Rhaven holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Towson University and two Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Bowie State University and Johnson C. Smith University.
