Deanne Andres

Director of People Operations at Guidepost Solutions

Deanne Andres has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Deanne started their career at Cheeca Lodge in 2003, where they served as the Department Head for Concierge & Children's Activities. In 2005, they transitioned to Primitive Logic, where they worked in Sales & Marketing Operations until 2008. From there, Deanne joined Guidepost Solutions, initially as a Business Operations Associate from 2011 to 2013, and later as a Program Manager for Business Operations until 2018. Deanne then progressed to the role of Human Resources Manager from April 2018 to April 2019, before being promoted to Senior Human Resources Manager in April 2019. Deanne currently holds the position of Director of People Operations at Guidepost Solutions, a role they have held since May 2022. Throughout their time at Guidepost Solutions, they have demonstrated expertise in various HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, policy and compliance matters, and benefits administration. Deanne has also been responsible for managing payroll processing, overseeing the HRIS system, and leading the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to termination.

Deanne Andres obtained a degree in Communications with a focus on Organizational Communications from the University of the Pacific.
