Matthew Peters, MBA has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership and security roles. Matthew is currently the Vice President of Protective Resources at Guidepost Solutions, where they oversee the global executive protection program. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Service Design at Gavin de Becker & Associates, where they played a key role in public figure protection and threat assessment.

Matthew also has experience as a General Manager at G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc., where they provided integrated security solutions across the United States. Matthew was also the Vice President at Paladin Center, a New York-based organization specializing in public safety and tactical defense training. During their time there, they developed the center from a concept to a nationally recognized training facility.

Matthew also supervised investigators dedicated to disrupting international terrorism financing operations. Prior to that, they worked as a Sergeant in the New York City Police Department, where they directly supervised an undercover narcotics team and led high-risk search warrants and long-term narcotics investigations.

Matthew's early career included a role as a Customer Relations Specialist at U.S. Trust. Matthew holds an MBA degree, further enhancing their business and leadership acumen. With their extensive background in security, law enforcement, and executive leadership, Matthew Peters brings a wealth of expertise to any organization they work with.

Matthew Peters completed their high school education at Regis High School from 1986 to 1990, attaining a High School degree. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of Scranton from 1990 to 1994. Matthew furthered their education by obtaining an MBA in Human Resources Management from Baruch College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
