Neal Schatmeier, RCDD

Neal Schatmeier, RCDD, has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Neal began their career at Advanced Telecommunications Services as a Senior Service Technician and Supervisor. Neal then transitioned to the role of President/CEO at Celecom, where they oversaw pricing, surveying, designing, and implementing voice and data networks. Afterward, they worked as an Account Manager at Cal Coast Telecom, where they cultivated long-term accounts and coordinated with project managers to fulfill customer contracts. Schatmeier then joined Summit Riser Systems Inc as a Project Manager, where they interacted with customers to determine their communication needs and provided competitive quotes. Neal later worked as an Infrastructure Cable Engineer at Stowe Group Healthcare, LLC, and currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Guidepost Solutions, responsible for telecommunications drawings and specifications, project management, and system design. Throughout their career, Schatmeier has demonstrated expertise in standardizing communication systems and providing solutions for a variety of communication problems.

Neal Schatmeier, RCDD earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from West Valley College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Firestopping for Modular Construction and Firestopping Key Points from Specified Technologies, Inc. - STI Firestop. Neal also holds the RCDD® certification from BICSI, which stands for Registered Communications Distribution Designer. Furthermore, Neal has completed the Systimax - Design & Engineering - Structured Cabling Systems SP3321R program offered by Systimax / Commscope.
