Stephanie Fontana, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Guideposts since May 2022, Stephanie previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Acuity International and managed human resources at Owl Cyber Defense. Additionally, Stephanie's background includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant at the Town of Monroe, CT, and significant experience in database marketing at AffinionGroup, where responsibilities included overseeing direct marketing campaigns and facilitating training modules.
