Kimberly Kempson

Kimberly Kempson currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition at GuideStar Eldercare, starting in September 2024, where oversight of a recruiting team ensures the attraction of top talent to provide integrated healthcare for adult and elderly patients. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Director of Executive Recruitment at Tenet Healthcare from April 2021 to August 2024, contributing to the staffing of a national health system. As President and Talent Advisor at Santéka from July 2018 to February 2021, Kimberly led the healthcare IT brand, following a successful tenure as Founder and Talent Advisor of 1st Solution USA from January 2009 to July 2018, which was later rebranded by Optomi Professional Services. Kimberly's career began as Director of Sales at MATRIX Resources and as Branch Manager at Technisource, managing teams and driving sales in technology staffing. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior Studies from the SMU Cox School of Business and has furthered education at Cornell University.
