David Rodgers

David Rodgers has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. David is currently the Human Resources Director at Geneva School of Boerne since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Talent Officer at GuideStone Financial Resources from 2014. David provided comprehensive leadership for HR functions, including talent acquisition, culture and development, total rewards, and employee engagement.

Before GuideStone, David was the Human Resources Director at Capital Group Companies from 2007 to 2014. There, they played a key role in developing HR strategies, practices, and programs for functional and regional business areas.

David also served as the VP of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments from 1991 to 2006, where they provided HR leadership for multiple regional sites and was a senior HR consultant for call center operations.

Furthermore, David had experience as a Senior HR Manager in the manufacturing division of Mary Kay Inc. and as an Executive Recruiter at Bundy-Stewart. David began their career as an Assistant Personnel Manager at Neiman-Marcus.

David Rodgers earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Baylor University.
