Emanuel Maxwell currently serves as the Chief Talent and Equity Officer at the Los Angeles Philharmonic since August 2021. Previously, Emanuel held the role of People and Culture Leader at Guckenheimer and at ISS Facility Services - North America, where significant contributions were made to human resources strategies. Emanuel's extensive experience in human resources includes serving as Associate Vice President at Aramark, where strategic HR initiatives led to over $325 million in revenue growth, and as Senior HR Director at Valassis. Earlier career roles include HR positions at Chevron, Exult, and BP, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR process management. Emanuel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Claremont Graduate University, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sam Houston State University, and a high school diploma from the High School for Law and Justice.
