Jim Welch

Jim Welch has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and industries. Jim has over 20 years of experience at GuideStone Financial Resources, where they held various roles, including Managing Director of Insurance Product & Strategy and Managing Director of Insurance Finance, People & Administration. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director of Property & Casualty and Controller at the same company. In addition, Jim worked as the Department Head of Financial Reporting and was part of the Finance & Accounting Team. In 2006, they became an Adjunct Faculty Member at Dallas Baptist University, teaching courses on leadership and ethics. Jim also co-owned Welch & Welch, CPA from 1996 to 2008. Earlier in their career, Jim worked as an Instructor at Southwest Baptist University.
