Paulette Gillespie

Paulette Gillespie currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at GuideStone Financial Resources, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Paulette Gillespie was with Gateway Church for nearly a decade, starting as the Associate Director of Human Resources before advancing to the position of Director of Human Resources, where the focus was on talent acquisition. Paulette Gillespie also gained valuable experience as an HR and Leadership Consultant at CAD Leadership Consulting, providing services to public school districts between July 2008 and February 2014.
