Heather Bergnes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and client services across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Guidewell Education since April 2023, Heather previously held significant roles at Applerouth Tutoring Services from 2013 to 2023 as both Director of Operations and Director of Client Services. Heather's background includes legal support at MT Legal Support, where business acquisition and negotiation were key responsibilities, as well as a successful stint as a licensed agent generating substantial new contacts. Additionally, Heather held the position of Sales Support Team Leader at IBM, overseeing a team and enhancing customer satisfaction for major accounts. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Stetson University.
