Candace Causey

Candace Causey is a seasoned professional in facility planning and interior design, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Facility Planning at GuideWell since June 2025. Prior to this role, Candace held various positions at Florida Blue, including Sr. Manager of Facility Planning and Facilities Project Manager, overseeing significant real estate projects across Florida, including employee relocations and new construction efforts. Candace’s early career includes roles as an Interior Designer at Phillips Architecture and as an Interior Designer and Showroom Manager at Alfred Williams & Co. Candace earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from East Carolina University.
