Greg Szkotnicki

Greg Szkotnicki is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic operations and transformation within the health insurance sector. As Vice President of Transformation at GuideWell from April 2015 to January 2025, Greg led enterprise-wide initiatives in Business Architecture and Portfolio Management, enhancing strategic alignment and operational efficiency. In the role of Vice President for Enterprise Shared Services and Florida Blue Service Center, oversight included more than 1,500 agents across five countries, achieving significant customer satisfaction and cost savings through multiple enterprise transformations, including a $60 million CRM retirement and a $70 million data modernization project. Earlier, as Senior Director, Greg managed a financial organization of 200 employees, focusing on operational plans aligned with long-term strategic goals. Prior experience includes serving as IT Risk and Assurance Manager at Ernst & Young, where Greg led assurance and compliance projects for major international clients. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.
