Jim Boyman

Jim Boyman currently serves as the Head of GuideWell Health, where leadership focuses on transforming healthcare through integrated local ecosystems centered on primary care. Prior roles include Vice President of Care Delivery Evolution and Vice President of Finance at GuideWell, where responsibilities involved innovating integrated care delivery and enhancing performance through strategic alignment of assets. Jim has extensive experience with Aetna, holding positions such as Central Region President, overseeing a $14 billion P&L across 23 states, and previously serving as President in various capacities at Cigna and Aetna. Jim Boyman holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
