Charlotte Ward

Charlotte Ward has extensive work experience in business development and growth operations. Charlotte started their career in 2016 as an Investment Management Analyst at Goldman Sachs. In 2017, they joined Salesforce and held four roles, including Account Executive, Business Development Representative, and Team Lead. Finally, in 2022, they began their current role as Director, Business Development & Growth Operations at Guidewheel. In this role, they built a founding business development team from scratch and grew the pipeline 4x in the first 8 months. Charlotte also owns business development, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales enablement, and reports directly to the CEO as a member of the core strategy leadership team.

Charlotte Ward attended St. Paul's School and obtained a High School Diploma. Charlotte then went on to Stanford University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA. In May 2020, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Excel: Beginner to Advanced from StackSkills.
