Ben Eloy is an experienced Software Architect Team Lead at Guidewire Software, where since July 2013, technical leadership has been provided for the company’s property and casualty insurance core system, PolicyCenter. Eloy has collaborated with architecture teams to shape the future direction of product scaling and evolution, and previously held roles as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, delivering key features and developing internal APIs. Prior to Guidewire, Eloy served as a Government and Economics Instructor at Fremont Union High School District, teaching 12th-grade students and developing innovative curricula. Eloy began a career in software engineering at Kana and played a significant role in the development of Guidewire’s first two major applications. Educational background includes a B.A./M.A. in Urban Studies, History, and Education from Stanford University.
