Caroline Ling

Caroline Ling, MBA, CCP, has extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and HR operations across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at Guidewire Software, Caroline has successfully developed a global total rewards structure and implemented a long-term incentive program. Previous roles include Independent Consultant positions at CardioDX and Cloudera, Director of Compensation and Benefits at Stanford Health Care, and Senior Director of HR at Invensense, Inc. Caroline's earlier positions include senior leadership roles at CRC Health Group, Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Rambus, Hitachi Global Storage Technology, and Vitria Technology, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive compensation and benefits management, HRIS, and performance-driven incentive plan design. Caroline holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Chinese from San Francisco State University.
