Colleen Bashar

Colleen Bashar serves as SVP of Enterprise Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Guidewire Software, directing a global team in the delivery of go-to-market strategies for customer-facing products and overseeing the company's strategic imperatives. With extensive experience across various leadership roles within Guidewire, including SVP of Global Solution Sales and Global Vice President of Solution Sales, Colleen has facilitated significant growth and organizational transformation. Previous experience includes roles at Oracle Corporation and other consulting firms. Colleen holds an MBA from Duke University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Boston University. Colleen is also an official member of Forbes Business Development Council.
