Kate Toronto

Kate Toronto, MA, CDP, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Learning and Development at Guidewire Software, where responsibilities include co-leading the redesign of the Performance Success program and developing the "New Manager Masterclass." Prior to this role, Kate was the Sr. Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Guidewire, where initiatives included launching the DEI Executive Council and authoring the company's first public DEI Annual Report. In addition to a position as an Adjunct Professor at Utah Valley University, Kate's past experience includes roles at Nu Skin, Kodiak Cakes, Northwestern Mutual, and Women's Services and Resources, encompassing various aspects of talent management and organizational development.
