Mark Maxwell

Mark Maxwell is an experienced professional in the field of data science and analytics, currently serving as the Director of AI/ML Engineering at Guidewire Software since September 2021, where previously held the title of Senior Manager of ML Engineering. Prior to this role, Mark held positions at Nielsen as Data Science Manager and at Travelers as Senior Director of Analytics and Director of Analytics. Earlier career experiences include roles at Mission Essential Personnel, LLC as a Counter Corruption Analyst, and Operational Intelligence LLC as Intelligence SME. Mark's foundational experience in intelligence was developed in the United States Army as a Senior Intelligence Analyst. Academically, Mark earned a Master of Science in Data Science from Central Connecticut State University, an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.
