Paul Thaden

Paul Thaden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and consulting, currently serving as the Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager for the Americas at Guidewire Software since August 2018. Thaden has also held various managerial roles within Guidewire, focusing on operations and data analytics solutions for property and casualty insurance. Prior to Guidewire, significant tenure at Oracle Corporation included positions as Master Principal Sales Consultant and Principal Sales Consultant, where expertise in cloud platform services and sales operations was cultivated. Thaden’s career began in the late 1980s and includes roles in technical analysis, network integration, and software training across diverse organizations.
