Trisha Matarazzo Gwin is a seasoned business technology leader with extensive experience in driving organizational transformation and technology innovation. Currently serving as the VP of Business Technology Strategy & Operations at Guidewire Software since 2021, Trisha oversees a global team focused on delivering agile tech initiatives that support business partners. Prior to this role, Trisha held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Irvine Company, leading technology strategies across a multi-billion dollar organization with over 1,800 employees. Other significant roles include Vice President of Business Consulting Services at ENAVATE, where Trisha played a crucial role in mergers and acquisitions, and a tenure at Microsoft focused on Dynamics ERP sales for enterprise accounts. Trisha's career began at Accenture, where significant experience was gained in management consulting across complex, large-scale initiatives.
