Daniel Schumann

Daniel Schumann currently serves as a Veteran Liaison at Guiding Light Hospice Inc, focused on assisting veterans with a comprehensive approach to wellness beyond hospice and palliative care. Prior to this role, Daniel spent over two decades in the United States Air Force, holding various positions including Senior Personnel Manager, where responsibilities included advising the Commander on matters related to Airmen and ensuring mission readiness. Daniel also served as Regional Operations Manager and Area Operations Manager, where efficiency and maintenance effectiveness were prioritized. Additional roles included Training and Development Specialist, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Electronic Systems Specialist, all contributing to a strong foundation in personnel management, operational oversight, and technical maintenance. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
