Zera Zeegelaar has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as an Expert Manager at Guidion since January 2019, where responsibilities include enhancing the quality of the expert network and translating KPIs into actionable plans. Previously, Zera held the position of Junior Team Lead, overseeing service desk operations and ensuring that partners received optimal support. Zera's professional journey began as a Service Desk Employee at the Technopreneurs Association of Malaysia, followed by a role as Programme Coordinator at Heineken Music Hall, where interaction with guests and service quality were priorities. Zera holds an MSc in Management with International Business from Northumbria University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Languages from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
