The Project Management Team at Guidon Design oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and sustainability goals. Led by the Design Practice Leader and supported by multiple Directors and a BIM Specialist, the team coordinates resources, manages timelines, and fosters collaboration across disciplines to deliver innovative architectural and engineering solutions.
