Katarina Ostojic

Katarina Ostojic has a diverse range of work experience. Katarina started their career as a Co-Op in the Internal Audit and Risk Management department at Samuel, Son & Co. In this role, they provided assurance support in identifying, testing, remediating, and reporting critical risks.

Katarina then joined Guiker as the Tenant Experience Manager, where they served as the primary liaison between tenants and landlords. Katarina personally signed over $200,000 worth of leases and played a crucial role in the company's early growth. Katarina later took on the role of Project Lead, focusing on leasing and tenant experience.

In their subsequent position as Director of Operations at Guiker, Katarina scaled the Operations team from 3 individuals in 1 city to 18 across 3 cities. Katarina led the GTM strategy for the US market and set up brokerages in Illinois, Florida, and Georgia.

After leaving Guiker, Katarina joined Arloid Automation as Chief of Staff to the CEO and interim Head of Business Operations. Arloid Automation is an AI-based property technology startup with a mission to reduce real estate's carbon footprint and energy costs. During their time there, they contributed to the company's growth and success.

Most recently, Katarina joined Guiker-徒弟 as Chief of Staff, where they continue to support the company's operations and strategic initiatives.

Katarina Ostojic attended McGill University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Economics and Psychology. In 2018, they also studied at Sciences Po for a short period and obtained a certificate in Business and Economics. In 2019, they participated in the Virtual Experience Program at White & Case LLP, and in 2020, they obtained the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP. Additionally, in 2019, they participated in the Virtual Experience Program at KPMG.
