Ariana Flores

Ariana Flores serves as Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial at Guild since November 2021, having previously held the role of Legal Counsel. Prior experience includes Associate Legal Counsel at Ibotta, Inc. and Associate Attorney at Schafer Thomas Maez PC. Ariana started as a Judicial Fellow at Colorado State Supreme Court and has had various legal internships, including at the Attorney General's office and Aurora City Attorney's office. Educationally, Ariana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado. Prior legal support as a paralegal was also provided at BKN Murray, LLP.
