Charlene Grasinger has extensive experience in education and community engagement, currently serving as the Community Engagement and Partnerships Women at Guild ERG Lead at Guild since November 2021. Previously, Charlene held multiple roles at Appalachian State University from January 2013 to December 2023, including Senior Growth Coach, Student Success Coach, and Adjunct Professor, focusing on innovative teaching strategies in the digital age. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Mentoring at Western Youth Network and as a Teacher at Alleghany County Public Schools. Charlene's international experience includes working as a Teacher Trainer with the Peace Corps, empowering pre-service and in-service teachers and founding a girls’ club. Charlene holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Appalachian State University.
