Graciela Kincaid

Graciela Kincaid is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product development and strategy across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Staff Product Manager at Guild since September 2024, Graciela focuses on new product development and expansion. Previously, Graciela was the Head of Product at Parabola from April 2021 to April 2024, where leadership led to a significant growth in the product team. At Dropbox, Graciela held the role of Group Product Lead for Dropbox Business, guiding a talented team to enhance user collaboration. Earlier experiences include product management positions at HotelTonight and TripAdvisor, as well as an Environmental Policy Analyst position at Brown University, where Graciela authored a notable report on climate change rhetoric. Graciela co-founded CO-Fund, a nonprofit aimed at supporting education for low-income students, and possesses a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Brown University.
