Holly Richard

Holly Richard is an experienced analytics and data professional currently serving as an Analytics Engineer at Guild Education since January 2023. Prior to this role, Holly worked at Vail Resorts from November 2018 to November 2022, advancing through various positions including Data Engineer in Data Science, Senior Analyst for Audience Segmentation, and Analyst for Audience Segmentation. In these roles, Holly contributed to creating datasets for model development, improved internal Python libraries, and led strategic audience development for high-profile CRM campaigns. Holly began her career at Brooklyn Boulders, where as a Community Experience Representative/Email Marketing Assistant, responsibilities included audience segmentation and email marketing strategies, and also held positions at Frontier Airlines, Kennedy, Cruise, Frey, and Gelner, L.L.P., the Iowa United Nations Association, and the Iowa Youth Writing Project. Holly holds a BA in English & International Studies from the University of Iowa.
