Jenni Black (Benningfield), PCC, MPM, M.Ed., serves as the CEO and Founder of Inner Opponent Coaching since July 2024. Currently, Jenni is also a Lead Growth Coach at Guild, providing impactful coaching to a diverse clientele within Fortune 500 companies, while managing a substantial caseload. Previous experience includes roles as Athletic Director for Girls Athletic Leadership School and Boys School of Denver, where Jenni developed a full athletic department, and coaching positions at the University of Colorado Boulder as well as Nederland and Pomona High Schools. Jenni is a former professional athlete, having been drafted in the 2004 WNBA Draft, and has also represented the USA Pan-American Team. Jenni holds a Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s degree from Boston University, and multiple coaching certifications, including a Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation.
