Kathleen Duffy is a seasoned professional in partner operations with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Partner Operations at Guild since February 2024, Kathleen previously held a senior role at edX for eight years, leading operations for over 200 partners and 3,000 courses. Kathleen's career includes significant leadership positions with The Cambridge Institute of International Education, where oversight included managing 50+ staff and 250+ international student programs. With a strong background in operations and account management, Kathleen has also worked in import coordination and as a martial arts instructor. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in East Asian Languages and Literature from the University of Florida.
