Michael Horn is an accomplished educator and thought leader with extensive experience in the field of education and innovation. Currently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Harvard Graduate School of Education since July 2022, Horn is also a Co-founder and Distinguished Fellow at the Clayton Christensen Institute, where Michael has contributed to the nonprofit's mission of improving education through disruptive innovation since June 2007. In addition to these roles, Horn holds positions as the Chair and Senior Advisor of the Future of Learning Advisory Board at Guild Education and as a Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners. Previously, Horn held significant roles at Entangled Solutions and Entangled Group, including Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Strategy, respectively. Horn also served as Director of the Robin Hood Education + Technology Fund, aimed at leveraging technology to support low-income students. With an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in History from Yale University, Horn co-authored a book on K-12 public education with Clayton Christensen during their tenure as a Research Associate at Harvard Business School.
