Sohela Lalvani

Sohela Lalvani serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at Guild Education since April 2022, bringing extensive experience from prior roles including Chief Accounting Officer at OpenTable and KAYAK, where Lalvani also held positions such as SVP, Controller, and VP, Controller. Previous consultancy roles were performed at Paramount Pictures and Disney ABC Television Group, along with leadership as Executive Director of Worldwide Television Distribution at Paramount Pictures. Lalvani’s career began in auditing with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College, complemented by a semester abroad in Economics at the University of Warwick - WMG.
