Chad Booth

Chad Booth currently serves as the Event Program Manager at Guild Mortgage, beginning in April 2024. Prior to this role, Chad spent over 24 years at Academy Mortgage Corporation, where significant contributions included serving as Employee Experience Manager, focusing on developing employee-focused programs to enhance organizational culture and morale. Chad was also appointed as Foundation Program Manager, tasked with refining and expanding the Foundation’s social impact and corporate giving initiatives internationally.
