Edward Peats

Edward Peats is a seasoned mortgage and real estate professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development. Currently serving as Area Manager at Guild Mortgage since July 2016, Edward has contributed to the expansion of the Colorado region. Previously, Edward held the position of Regional Vice President of Sales at AmeriPro Home Loans, where responsibilities included launching offices in multiple states. Edward's career also includes significant roles at Bank of America Home Loans, PNC Mortgage, and Metrocities Mortgage, demonstrating a strong background in managing retail operations and strategic partnerships. Edward co-owned Golden Eagle Properties, a full-service real estate brokerage, and has a foundational education from Liberty University and the University of Colorado Denver.
