Jamie Yamamoto

Jamie Yamamoto, CPA, currently serves as Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting at Guild Mortgage, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Jamie held the role of Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Sterling and was instrumental in guiding Silvergate Bank through its IPO process while acting as Director of Financial Reporting from May 2018 to June 2023. Jamie's extensive experience includes managing SEC-compliant filings at Encore Capital Group and leading audit initiatives for EY in the gaming industry. Jamie began a professional career as an Auditor II at the Clark County Department of Aviation and as a Senior Associate at Piercy Bowler Taylor & Kern, CPAs. Jamie holds a degree in Business with a focus on Accounting/Finance from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
