Karl Svendsen

Karl Svendsen is an experienced sales manager in the mortgage industry, currently serving in the role at Guild Mortgage since February 2024. Previously, Karl held similar positions at USA Mortgage and Highlands Residential Mortgage, Ltd., along with an earlier role as a mortgage banker team lead at CityWorth Mortgage. Karl began a professional career in finance as a teller at Wells Fargo and also gained supervisory experience at Sheetz. Karl holds a degree in Criminal Justice and Accounting from Radford University and graduated from Manchester High School.
