Liz Bushman

Liz Bushman currently serves as the Branch Manager and Loan Originator at Guild Mortgage since March 2024, having previously held the same role at Academy Mortgage Corporation. As a Lending Specialist with Homes for Heroes since January 2017, Liz helps save money for first responders, military personnel, and educators when they buy, sell, or refinance properties. Additionally, Liz has been an Adjunct Professor at Mt. San Antonio College since August 2019, teaching real estate finance and mortgage lending courses. Liz also recently served as the Membership Director for the Women's Council of REALTORS® in Greater Los Angeles from November 2023 to April 2024. With over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, Liz has held various roles, including Regional Trainer at BRE Properties and VP-Regional Product Sales Manager at WaMu. Liz holds a BA in Psychology from San Diego State University and additional licenses in mortgage loan origination and residential real estate sales.
