Sarah Hall

Sarah Hall (Freeman) currently serves as the Manager of Employee Services at Guild Mortgage, a position held since August 2019. With extensive human resources experience spanning over a decade, previous roles include HR Generalist at Proven Recruiting and various positions within the hospitality sector, including Front Office Manager at Embassy Suites. Sarah has a strong background in multi-state employment law, HR policies, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, Sarah contributed as a Board of Directors Secretary and Human Resources Advisor for the local non-profit Tap Fever Studios, promoting accessibility to dance for individuals with disabilities. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech, obtained in 2004.
